We want you to be over-the-moon happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, no problem at all!
We accept returns and exchanges on all full price items within 7 days of delivery receipt.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange or refund within 5-7 days.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. IS IT COMING BACK?
The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email Customer Service at hello@yiaraonline.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change.
