Sale refund and exchange:
Due to limited quantities, during the sale, discounted items cannot b exchanged or refunded.
Shipping Fees:
- Cairo, Giza and Alexandria are for 60 EGP.
- Ismailia, Port Said and Suez, Al Sharqia, Beheira, Beni Suef, Dakahlia, Damietta, Faiyum, Gharbia, Kafr el-Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia, Asyut, Minya, Beni Suef and Sohag are for 90 EGP.
- Aswan, Luxor, Qena, North Sinai, South Sinai, Red Sea Matrouh (Including North Coast) and New Valley are for 120 EGP.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. IS IT COMING BACK?
The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email Customer Service at hello@yiaraonline.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change.
